30 Day Return


1. You may return products within 30 days upon receiving them.

2. Items returned must be in new or unused condition, including the original invoice for the purchase, and must be returned in original packaging.

3. Ship as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days.

4. We inspect all returned items and will process refunds based on the condition of the item.

*Mistakes caused by LIFEASE will be exchanged or refunded. With refunds

for other reasons, buyers are responsible for the shipping fees.

*Food items are not eligible for return.

How to return an item?

.com and include your order number, full name, and the best email address to contact to put in a return request.

2. Tell us the products you wish to return or exchange from your order. We will process your request in 2-3 business days and send you a prepaid shipping label. Shipping fee will be deducted from the full refund amount.

3. Print your prepaid shipping label, which you will receive by email.

4. Send all items you wish to return back to us using the label provided.

5. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving returned products.

Defective Product(s) and Returns

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged, we’ll either replace the product or issue a refund, or send you replacement parts or accessories for the product in question. We’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.

Specially labeled designer apparel, handbags, and accessories once security tags are removed
